The Microscopy and Flow Cytometry Unit provides technical support on microscopy and flow cytometry.
The unit currently stands with a flow cytometer (FACSCalibur), a confocal microscope (Zeiss LSM 510Meta), a PALM laser dissector (Zeiss Axiovert 200M) a Single Cell Calcium Imaging System (Zeiss Axiovert 200) and two widefield microscopes (Zeiss upright Azioskop 2plus and Zeiss Axiovert 200).
Microscopy and Cytometry Unit is available to all CNC researchers, as well as for those external to the CNC, after prior arrangement.

1. Expenses will be charged in multiples of 30 minutes.
2. This equipment will be charged only when used for laser dissection.
3. For CNC users the payment will be charged when reagents or equipment repair will be needed.
